rGa and Associates, Inc. is a small firm, dedicated to the success of our clients' Geographic Information System and mapping endeavors. Simply put, we believe that "a job worth doing, is worth doing well". This is not a cliché for us - it is our objective for each and every project we undertake because our success depends upon our client's achievement of their goals.
Founded in 1992, the company was created based on providing cadastral mapping services. Although the partners have engineering and computer science degrees, the company thrived on GIS COGO parcel mapping and road networks. The accuracy we expect goes back to the creating coordinate geometry parcels using bearings and distances. The experience in the road center lines took us into the world of Public Works. Seeing a need for intelligent and functionally simplistic programs to create intelligent water, sanitary waste and storm water maps, the company began developing its base software products six months after its inception. The company has experienced growth and an ever increasing number of satisfied clients over the past sixteen years. Beginning with the purchasing of the original office in Douglasville, Georgia, our firm has added staff and resources as required, allowing us to maintain the high standard of professionalism that causes our clients to return for additional services. The rGa senior staff consists of mapping professionals each having over thirty years of experience in programming, surveying, civil engineering, mapping and GIS disciplines. The staff has experience with both domestic and foreign projects, large and small, simple or complex.
